I called for a repair on a Monday. They came the next day and at my convenience. However, they spent 5 minutes looking at my system, and told me that it need replacement. This was true. However, to do it at that moment, they wanted $250 more than any subsequent estimate for the same thing. When I told them I needed to think about it, they said fine. Came back 5 minutes later, said they had to charge me a ""service charge"" that was never mentioned at any point previously. In order to do this, he was going to ""lubricate"" my system, which meant spraying a bottle of lubricant for 60 second, so he could justify the charge. I have never complained about a company before, but I felt so ripped off by this company, that I would feel bad if someone else went through the same thing.
