All you can eat pasta-posted on the main Aliante sign. We thought we would check it out since we had walked by the restaurant many times. The Italian waiter was impressive except he could barely speak english. We asked about the special and I think that set the tone for the waiter. He gave us these laminated menus (looked like from Applebees) and gave us one second to look at them. He brought us bread with oil & balsalmic. The bread was hard and stale. The salad was bland-no flavor-lettuse and cherry tomatoes...couldnt even taste the dressing. We ordered and never saw him again till he brought the dinner which was wrong. While I waited for my meal I picked at my boyfriend's food till it was gone. His plate sat empty for so long till my food came out. He asked my boyfriend if he want to keep his empty plate so he could share my dinner. What happened to all you can eat not that he wanted any more, but to leave an empty plate? The owner was there to shmooze but never came near us because he knew we were irritated. We had to practically tackle someone for the check.\r

Honestly the main dinner was good-the experience sucked. We are the type of people that the service can be fantastic and we will be back just for that. If the food was so so we would try something else. \r

Customer service at PIPs was major lacking. Too bad because I would go back for the main dish. They can have their stale bread, lettuse and splash of wine. We wont be back not even for a second shot.
Cons: Bad service/Bad Salad and day old bread
