I was rear ended and I took my car to a few shops around town and SOS quoted me the lowest . So I let them do the repairs thinking that I would save some money. BIG MISTAKE! When I was called to pick up the car I was glad to be back in my car but the repairs are sub par. The rear bumper is noticeably crooked, there is over-spray on my doors, and they cleaned the interior with some sort of corrosive solution which distorted the color of my leather seats and not to mention what ever interior parts they wiped down. When I pointed out all the damage and the crooked rear bumper, the shop owner said to me ""well what do you expect for what you paid? a brand new car?"" I was appalled! If there is ever a next time, I will be making sure I take my car to a REAL auto body repair shop, not some sweat-shop down the street that claims to be able to fix cars.?
