I decided to sell my grandmothers and mothers Jewelry, which was the hardest thing for me to do, because of its sentimental Value. So when i arrived to Kama'aina Metals I was very upset by the way the receptionist treated me so coldy and didnt even bother to greet or answer my questions. Instead just ignored me and played his electronic game. From there I decided to take a seat and waited for 1hr and half until finally I was able to sell my jewelry.Elizabeth the Manager and the buyer was very rude and impatient. I felt very unwelcome and was appalled at the price they gave me. They low balled me which was unbelieveable. not to mention when her mother came out she started arguing with elizabeth which i found very unprofessional. In the end I left, and will never return to their buisness.
