I have to agree... Jennifer cannot keep good help. She feels threatened and will sabotage them. It is very unfortunate because she is so talented. But she is not a good manager. Her insecurity gets the best of her each time. Since she is too busy looking at what everyone else in the salon is doing she neglects her own client. She does not respect your time, you end up waiting for your apt then spending 2 hours in her chair while she tries to have a hand in what every other stylist there is doing. How many good stylists have come and gone over the years? What a shame. She runs them out and then gets mad when they find a new salon to work at and makes their life miserable. \r
