I called this service six months ago to repair a dishwasher and they told me it was not working properly due to a plumbing issue and to call a plumber. Since I was paying $80.00 for a service call, I asked if they could replace a light bulb in my range, which they did. They didn't turn the power off to do this and shorted out the range circuit board so nothing worked. They did replace the board (with the wrong part at first) and then replaced it again with the correct part, but now the burners make a clicking noise when you use them on the right side, so we can only use the left side burners. They tried several times different parts and things to fix this and finally gave up. I kindly attempted to express my disappointment (in a normal tone of voice) and the guy went on a rant about how much money ""I"" had cost him (his guy screwed the thing up) and how he couldn't have a decent conversation with me. He stormed out and left in a snit after six months of my patience and understanding. I wouldn't use them again if it meant replacing an appliance after this experience!
