As a former dancer and gyrotonic/ gyrokinesis instructor for over a decade, when I work with a trainer I need to be certain I do not get a run of the mill session.I look for someone who can give me either a challenging, new, and fun session purely for fitness, or a therapeutic session if I have a specific need or injury.
