First, you pick up an order card from the start of the line. You then select a type of noodle or rice that you want your meal to be cooked with. Afterwords, you pick your veggies, then your meat, then your spices, then your sauces. When you have chosen your ingredients you send it off to the chefs who stand around a giant circular stove and they cook it with your rice or noodles.
