Moving Star was hired for a door-to-door service, which contractually included the unpacking of my boxes upon delivery and the removal of empty boxes and packaging material. When the crew prepared to leave having merely stacked my full boxes on the floor, I reminded them of the unpacking obligation, which was the first time they had heard of this service. I escalated the issue, calling their direct supervisor who apparently did not know about the unpacking clause in the contract either. Instead of an apology and reconciliation, the crew began to ""unpack"" the boxes as quickly as possible, haphazardly throwing my belongings onto the floor and bed. When I tried to escalate my complaint within Moving Star, the company's owner, Avner Yonai, persistently denied me answers, even hanging up on me when he became frustrated with my demand for an apology. He has still not responded to my request for additional information.
