I bought quite a few items in the end of December. One of the fixtures purchased was taken from the display rooms. As they took it down the glass broke. My husband and i were told an oder for the new glass will be made and sent to us directly. Just shy of 3 months now and we are still waiting for the order to be completed. Whenever i call, they need to check if they ordered. The first tme I called, it seemed the slaeslady helping us never ordered, but I cannot confirm that. I asked to speak to managers and they seemed to want to help, but I guess not. When I called for a 3rd time and said why don't you follow up with me, our salelady said she does not do that; her customers call her-WTF? Let me go back and say we have received some of the glass pieces delivere--BROKEN! Capitol lighting is just blaming the company which makes the light, but won't take any blame for their service. I have left another message this week to our saleslady and guess what; no call back??? I am about to write to the better business bureau. Three months to wait for this glass is ridiculous!
