Purchased new windows, front door, and decorative moldings for my house and after we spent a large sum of money here we had some problems with a seal on a window. I contacted Steve Hildenbrand (owner) and after several phone calls, he finally returned my phone call to tell that there was nothing he could do for me. I would warn anyone considering his services to take a ride down the street to Innovative Building Concepts (part of Irwin Builder Supply). I just built a new house and used their services and they backed up all of their products and encouraged my questions and comments. My sister is currently using them to build her house as well.
