So I consult with Curry on a system for my brand new truck. I have 2 amps, they build a system around that. Double din head unit, nav, sirius adapter, ipod adapter, sub, all new speakers, the works. Pay for most of the components and wait 1.5 months for install. Get my truck back, oops, the sub supposedly got damaged (forgot to order it?) and I get to wait another week and a half. Called & requested it be next day shipped and never got a call back. I look at the radar detector they installed, coil power cord is jammed between dash and windshield. I look for the remote, no remote. I use the volume control on the steering wheel, nothing, try to plug in a usb device, no luck there either. I inspect the amps and notice that they are held down with 1/2inch sheet rock screws that only go into the carpet!!! A+ install, eh? So I have to pick up my sub still. I email with all my issues and get no response. I show to pick up sub and point out all the issues. Apparently I didn't ask for the steering wheel control kit, man am I STUPID. Where's the remote control? The $1000 stereo didn't come with one and I forgot to order one, man am I STUPID or what? Per Mike, the install is to industry standards. REALLY??? In his defense he did offer to make me an amp mounting setup at no cost and ""clean up"" the radar detector install. I politely told him that Curry would not be touching my truck and that I am taking it elsewhere to have it corrected. Since the install the Ipod jack no longer recognizes ipods and reboots them whenever they are plugged in. The thing that astonishes me the most about the whole thing is how nonchalant they were about a customer being VERY unhappy with an install. Curry, thanks for NOTHING. Pros: Supposedly High End Cons: The worst retail experience I've ever had more
