The staff was well informed about the newest technology and gave me great advice about which phone would best suit my needs. They were right, I love my new phone.\r

Their English is perfect. It might be hard to understand for someone who lives in a bubble but if you're semi-intelligent you'd know the difference between an accent and speaking ""little to no English.""\r

They were very helpful when my rebate was not correctly processed by the Verizon people (at corporate, not within the store.) They called and within a few weeks everything was right.\r
