Their staff is lazy at best and would not return my calls. They carry an attitude that is neither caring or supportive to children and their families. I also found it very disturbing that parents aren't allowed in the room during procedures. This day and age you can never be too careful especially when it comes to your children. I was also surprised that Dr. Bloom would place himself in such vulnerable position. He does have a monopoly as a pediatric dentist in the Sierra Vista area and so he can keep parents from their children without much consequence to his business. However just for peace of mind I will be taking my children to a dentist outside of the Sierra Vista area. I believe it will be well worth the extra gas and time. Based on my interaction with the staff and Dr. Bloom's policies I would not recommend this dentist to any parent.
