However, Rob’s verbal contracts differ largely from his written contracts!!!!!! BUYERS and SELLERS BEWARE! If you do not completely understand a contract Do Not Sign!!!!! \r

Make sure to speak with at least 2-3 agents at different offices, when looking to buy or sell a home. Ask to see their contacts or you might be stuck with a man like Rob Fernandez. Who has a large fee of $2,500.00 to get out of his contact. BUYERS and SELLERS BEWARE!!!! This fee is one of the highest I have ever seen. After reading Rob’s contract with someone who is familiar with the language written in it, you will understand why!!!!! If you are not happy with the business that most realtors do with you, they have a $250.00 cancellation fee or none at all. Make sure you Watch Out, and read between the lines.
