I agree with the posts about rudeness of the personnel but I have every reason to believe the owner is encouraging that. When the owner (blonde hair, approx. age 30s-40s) is behind the counter, it's as if she will deduct money from her staffers paychecks if they give a customer a smile, use manners or show they have a friendly side. Whether at the counter or over the phone, if you order food from PAYNEs PIZZA, you are treated as if you asked them to donate a kidney! That's no joke. The owner has a negative attitude 24/7 and you will see her behind the counter. I've witnessed rudeness and anger toward her customers. I've been a business owner for a very long time and with the negativity going on in there behind the counter, I'm surprised she hasn't gone out of business yet. \r

Glad to report I haven't been one of the unfortunate souls who had to battle it out with her over her skrewing up my order. It's not going to happen because I will only go where my business is appreciated.
Pros: Easy parking access.
Cons: Owner is unappreciative of clientele and suspicious. WOW!!!
