High Point Photo has gone down hill. I've used them for years and had many issues, but for reasons of convenience I've continued to give them a chance, despite rudeness, lack of photo knowledge, and ridiculous prices. I've finally gotten smart after several rolls of film being messed up and many missed deadlines. Do yourself a favor and go to Greensboro, or anywhere else for that matter. Don't fall into the trap of convenience that I did. It's not worth it to conveniently and consistently have your images ruined. Also, one employee in particular, named Polly, is extremely rude and has the people skills of a rattlesnake. She is quick to lose her temper and blames the customer for the store's mistakes/lies. Avoid High Point Photo, I don't think I will ever buy even a roll of film there again.
