They have a very bad attitude. I did my bookings with them but never again. I used to recommend them when they first started but all my friends go to other places now because of the poor service. At one point during the whole process, they told me I was lucky to even receive a proof of my items (movie/album) before final copy. Their product is somewhat good but not at the high cost and bad customer service. I am using a fake name because I do not want you to contact me.
