I rented in this park for a couple months late in 2009. I don't think there are normally rental units but you can always check. The new owner has made several improvements. I think this park offers an opportunity to enjoy all central Florida has to offer at a very reasonable rate. The people are friendly and the park is pet friendly. Your dog must be leashed and I believe large dogs are discouraged but the new owner strives to be flexible. The park rules are really more like guidelines. I would consider buying a place in this park if I move back into the area. A very reasonable place to live.
Pros: Off the beaten path but close enough to everything
