I’ve been overweight for a while now, my job keeps me in a chair most of the day so I was looking for a way to drop the extra pounds. I’ve tried the diets; I tried the DVDs and even spend a ridicules amount of money on gyms to no avail. So at the point I found Fitness Together I was a little skeptical. You have a personal one on one trainer that focuses on you. I’ve had trainers in the past that go through the motions but at Fitness Together I feel that I’m getting the attention I need. It’s all done in a private training area just you and your trainer, no need to feel self conscious and no distractions. Not just an out of the box training solution they build you a personalized training program that is specific to your needs that adapts and changes as you get fitter while keeping you challenged. Also they will focus on diet and lifestyle changes. I have learned so much about Health, Nutrition and Exercise in the last 6 weeks than the years I’ve spend at the gym... The trainers are fun and personable but don’t let that fool you they will work you hard and that get results. In just 6 weeks I’m now able do stuff that I’ve not been able to do since I was in high school. I feel fitter I have more energy and I’m off the couch… giving them a try it will be the best decision you will ever make…
