I was a customer of All Things Engraved. The owner and his colleague did not fullfill my order as it was documented. Capitalization ignored...a request to retain existing engraving on my ring was ignored and he actually buffed it out and charged me for it when I asked him not to do it. They couldn't even deliver on time...I showed up expecting my engraving to be done and they told me to come back in a couple of days. To make matters worse, they had such a 'tough' and 'we don't care attitude' while holding thousands of dollars of our wedding rings in their hands...I felt completely robbed...This place is horrible and I highly recommend finding another place to take your engraving. I would also like to add, I witnessed the owner treating another customer the same way--she got a wine bottle cooler engraved and they messed up the engraving...he pretty much told her 'tough' and pay up. So it wasn't just me. :-( Pros: location Cons: no customer service focus, do not fill orders accurately more
