The owner was running the counter when I visited. he was very friendly and knowledgeable! He also multitasked very well as I wasn't the only one there. He remembered what I wanted, did it quick with little visible effort. I was in and out in a heartbeat. And the sandwiches I bought were amazing! I didn't ask but he must be a pro. PERFECT BALANCE! I'm so lucky this Subway is right down the street because I will be spending a lot of time and money there. If his subway was 5 miles away, I would STILL make the trip, even on my road bike! The ingredients were very fresh. I don't know where he gets his baby spinach leaves but I do not see that level of quality even at my trusted local grocery store's produce department, and they are top notch! I have eaten a lot of Subway subs but I cannot remember when they tasted this good. I'm not a pro food critic but I would have to guess that it is the freshness of the ingredients used at this Subway. It takes a lot to impress me and this Subway did it convincingly with awesome customer service, super fresh ingredients, and a perfect balance of those ingredients.
