I hired Gene Johnson Plumbing to replace all the plumbing lines, including the one that goes to the sewer, and install a new water heater and a new furnace. They were clean, punctual, professional, pleasant, cordial and competent. They were as advertised and they worked without delay.
I have to have it right, and Gene Johnson Plumbing did it right. One of their representatives surveyed the work to be done, estimated how long it would take, how much it would cost and he was right. He did not take long to estimate what needed to be done and he was very efficient.
The professionals at Gene Johnson Plumbing are very clean and careful. For example, they brought in great big tarps to walk on in the house so there was nothing to clean up afterward. Also, they dug a twenty-five foot trench to the main using several workers because a machine would be too messy. It was a lot of work, but they did it quickly. And when it came time to refill the trench, the displaced dirt was on a tarp, so there was no mess leftover. They did an A-one job.
It is a hard job; you have to know what you are doing, and they did.
