Anything to do with paperwork these guys can not do. The finance manager had me fill out the paperwork incorrectly so I had to drive back down and do the paperwork all over again. It took them over a month and a half to get the paperwork to the right place so I could get my tags. I called a total of 4 times and was blown off 3 times until I drove back down to the dealership and confronted them. And lastly upon finding that the warranty they sold me wasn't so bumper to bumper which is what it was explained as I cancelled the policy. I then had to drive back down to the dealership again to sign a cancellation form that they were supposed to fax to the extended warranty company. Now a month later they still haven't faxded the paperwork and I was told they would ""look into it"" tomorrow. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. You'll feel the pain down the road.
