Good cars, poor customer service 3/6/2010

We purchased a car from Mike last year. The car has performed well and we have been satisfied with the work done. There have been a couple minor issues but they are negligible and don't take away from the value of the purchase. The only issue at Mike's is the customer service. They do not communicate what is needed often and fail to contact you to move things forward, and in our case actually gave us incorrect information. Mike has a gruff personality than can be off putting. They do not put a lot of things in writing so a lot of times you end up having to take them at their word. All that being said we are happy with the car. I would have preferred that they had called me the second the title arrived but instead I had to call and go out there to sign it ASAP. They do good work on their cars and the warranty is a nice catastrophe plan. It isn't helpful for little things that go wrong since the standard service charge is $250 for any work done so you end up being better off taking it to someone else.
