Back before the hurricane my husband decided to by a PTO Generator from Hilltop Tool Rental...We gladly Paid $3,000. Hours before the hurricane hit we decided to go ahead and set everything up so when the power went out we could just crank it up......Well HILLTOP gave us the wrong plug, it was too little. We called them and they were closing and did not know when they were going to open again. Well, we are lucky my husband is smart and hooked it up anyway. We tried several times to take the plug back but they were always closed..... To make a long story short, today 3-11-2010 they were open.... We drove another 50miles to exchange the UNUSED plug. the owner refused to exchange the plug (that they gave us wrong in the first place)...He said it had been too long....To my surprise the little girl that works up front told us that they do not use any type of computer system to track any inventory and filed everything in boxes so they could not even look up the purchase!!!!!!....The owner (after being very rude) hid in the back and sent one of his workers to tell us that he would gladly sell it to us for $111.00.........This place was unorganized,the bathrooms were dirty and the owner was rude!!! DO NOT SPEND A PENNY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!!! IT IS TOO HARD TO COME BY THESE DAYS!!!! SPEND IT WHERE A BUISNESS OWNER APPRICATES THE SMALLER PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY!!!!! HE PROBABLY VOTED FOR OBAMA!
