I spent $500+ for two pairs of frames. I was not satisfied when the glasses were done... Both sets had tiny scratches and owner (wife) could not see them (she made it seem like we were lying). Owner (husband) saw the scratches on second pair and promised to make them both right. Owner (wife) just had no professionalism in correcting the problem or talking to me/husband/daughter (the customers). I will never go back there again. Next time it will be better to spend a couple extra HUNDRED $ and go to LensCrafters. I wish I read the previous persons post from 10/25/07... Nothing much has changed!!!
