when i first moved to the groves i thought it was a nice place to live, but after only a month or so everything changed. i was paying $665.00 a monthe plus 40% of the water, sewer and garbage, they had to be 2 seperate payments couldnt combine them. so my first water bill was $3.43 and i wasn't about to pay for a moneyorder for $3.43 and it came in the middle of the month so i was just going to wait for the next bil to come to pay it and the person i spoke with in the office said it was fine, well they got a new property manager and the new one sent me a notice to quit for only $3.43. and lets not for get about the maintence. they sucked, couldnt trust them. one of them broke into my apartment and tryed to sent it on fire because i knew he was dealing drugs out of one of the vacant apartments and i said something about it and thats what i got. no one believed me. so yea i do not recomend living here.
