I went there to ship off a package back to where it came from. The person helping me tried to understand what I was saying, however he seemed flustered. Then in the middle of the conversation a woman from the back comes and takes over, she tells me she understands. I get the package shipped back to me the next day at my house. Needless to say they didn't listen nor understand!
