Cincinnati Bell Wireless offers nothing quality 3/21/2010

I have nothing good to say about Cincinnati Bell Wireless. I totally agree with most of the other reviews on here. Customers are not important to this company. I am on my 2nd Blackberry with them and am constantly having problems with their service. Their network is extremely unreliable. You can count on some feature (3G, wi-fi, text messaging, etc) going down on their network every week. First of all, I get a ton of dropped calls during all hours of the day and night. I get ""network busy"" messages every weekday morning and afternoon. The 3G voice quality is poor-I constantly here echoing, crackling, and voice cut-outs when I make a call. There are many times I don't receive text or voice messages. The reception is poor, especially in Anderson Township, and between Felicity and New Richmond in Clermont County. Here's the kicker they don't tell you about-if you go out of the ""home"" CBW area, you can't send or receive text or picture messages from your handset and Verizon Wireless customers cannot send you any messages. Yet you pay $20 a month for this service. Plus, their billing is VERY shady with lots of extra charges, and their customer service is atrocious. You have to wait up to 45 minutes to talk to a live person in the Phillipines. What a joke. This company will not invest in upgrading its network either, and they lie about being the best ""local"" wireless network. CBW's motto should be ""anything to save a buck."" Avoid them! There is nothing good about this shady company. Pros: No contracts, that's all! Cons: Dropped calls, network busy messages, poor voice quality more
