I go to Jensen's quite often to look at their stock and check prices and have bought a few guns there too. Pretty much what everyone else has said is spot on. For one, I was there once when two of the employees started arguing about something and it got so heated that one of them yelled at the other to get outta the store and leave and not come back or it would get ugly. Hmm, ok. No one smiles, they mostly act too busy to help you if you look like a novice, treat you like you know nothing, and seem so up tight all the time...it's like they're all on the brink of snapping constantly. No one cares that you're there. All they want is someone who doesn't agree with them on anything to come in so they can argue about it and look ""cool"". Decent prices/stock but every time I walk in the door I ALWAYS feel this weird sense like I'm immediately being judged and one small slip up and I'll have 5 guns pointed at me. You will NOT feel at ease here. Secondly, I went in to get a 92FS one time and was quickly shot down. His first response was ""glock is a better gun"" and it can be ""thrown out of helicopters and still work"" (cuz I like doing that). I am Air Force and train on the 92 but he says ""SF use glocks and it's a more reliable gun"". After listening to all his ""advice"" I thought ""he must know"" and went with the glock 19, mainly because it was a little cheaper and easier to conceal. I like it no doubt, it's a great gun. So after shooting it a few times I found out glock offers a $100 military discount. Good thing the Jensen's guy told me that too, oh wait no he didn't because he doesn't care.
Pros: Decent selection/prices for the most part
Cons: Customer service x10
