Dog grooming is based on repeat customers, and I for one can tell you I will not be returning to this place. If I could go somewhere higher up, and tell them what despicable untalented people work there, I would. These people obviously don't have enough manners to admit they made a mistake. Because you had a puppy you were unable to handle, you decided to botch and butcher him. They even had the nerve to charge us the FULL thirty five dollars, which we will definitely be disputing.
Furthermore, when I called the following week, and politely asked what had happened, the owner, Sandy (extremely rude woman who needs to get out more), said that ""he was uncontrollable and matted everywhere"" Keep in mind, I brush his coat everyday, meaning it is impossible that he is matted everywhere. I proceeded to ask if this was the type of customer service they had she said ""Don't bother bringing him back here"" and then HUNG UP THE PHONE. Is this the type of person you want taking care of your dog? If she is this hostile to people who are calm over the phone, can you even imagine how she is to animals? I don't even want to think about what happened at that grooming shop a week ago when my puppy was there.
All I know is that if you care about your animals, and want them treated well, and want to get your moneys worth, please don't take them to this place. The customer service is terrible, the workers beyond inexperienced, and the owner a very spiteful and depolorable lady.
I have posted pictures above of how my dog looked before, and what he looked like after. This should be all the proof you need to never take your dogs here. I would never spend this much time writing a review if I didn't firmly believe these people are cruel and sleazy. If they were having so much trouble with my dog, they should have had enough sense to pick up the phone a second time and called and told us. But the fact that they did not do this shows, they are driven only by money, not because of their empathy towrards animals.
Please, don't take your animals there. They deserve the best, and this place is atrocious and beyond unsatisfactory.
