I went to the Tin Cup to find a gift for my niece's graduation. I was greeted by the smell of smoke (and I'm not so sure it was a cigarette!) and a pushy sales girl. I got outta there as fast as I could and I went to a cute jewelry store in Webster instead! (And their prices were much more reasonable.)
