After a great experience with Asset Management in dealing with my property, I was shocked when damage to my carpet was not taken care of. My carpet was steam cleaned, by a partner of Asset Management, and the smell got worse. When told by the folks at Abby Road that they would reach out to Asset Management ,we called continually to get the next step scheduled, and we got nothing. When I was able to reach the people at Asset Management I was told that the damage deposit of renters was already returned, and there was nothing they could do. So, as a client of Asset Management I am still sitting here with a problem caused by their tenant. I provided an opportunity for them to make this right, and I got: ""Theres nothing I can do about it."" If you have any fear that this could happen to you, consider another option before allowing Asset Management to manage your property, your wallet will thank you.
