Pos. reviews given by staff. Advert shows fridge/microwave included in amenities - had neither. Worse: Will charge you twice, tell you deal with it & good luck getting your money back. Made reservation through Orbitz. Upon arrival was told they don't take reservations. Got there late at night & lady at desk acted confused about pre-paid reservation. Had to pay again. Told we'd work it out in morning. Talked to (was yelled at by) different lady (Becca) in morning. Admitted this happens all the time. Wouldn't even pick up the phone to call the owner, or try to work it out with Orbitz. Was told the owner wasn't interested in being bothered by the fact they were stealing our money. Told deal with it/have a nice day. For a (double) paying patron, they should have been more helpful in getting this resolved instead of stealing my money. After BBB got involved, owner apologized and offered 50% off next stay. Whoopee! Why would I want to go back to a place that treats it's patrons like that? Pros: Clean room Cons: Double-charged. Staff refuses to fix. more
