This company did not come though for me on any level. When trying to communicate with them, they (Michael), actually hung up on me. They installed a home theater system 3 years ago, and last week the receiver went out. Since the employees - or one - Michael, wouldn't talk to me during the install process, I highly doubt that they would be willing to help me now.
This is one of the very worst companies I have ever dealt with...so proceed with caution!
