Dr Tallo?s dangerously delayed diagnosis was due to her not receiving a message regarding symptoms that I had failed to mention during our appointment. She was furious and said, ?Please, if this ever happens again, tell me about it and if you don?t receive a follow-up call, call again.? I later developed a bothersome UTI. I called Dr. Tallo?s office and asked that she prescribe an antibiotic. After no response, I called again and expressed urgency as I was going out of town. Again, no call. I called when I returned and was told that there was no record of my calling. The nurse responsible (I spoke directly to her) denied that I had ever called. I accused her of altering my record to cover her mistake. I was upset but even more upset when Dr. Tallo, after 12 years, droppd me as a patient. As she put it, ?I trust my staff .? After reading the reviews on this site, I can only smile as my response, at the time, was, ?some day this will catch up with you.?
