Simply put I am not a fan of geek Squad. Every time I have entered into one of their stores I find myself leaving frustrated and disappointed. I believe that their employees are not well trained and try to fake their way through certain technical questions. I want a service that knows what they're doing and sound like it too. I am not educated in the way of computers but would like to know that my computers are in capable hands. I found another business mentioned in other reviews (secureremotesupport[dot]com) who most people found as an experienced alternative to the prepubescent squad. And I must say after one interaction I am sold on them. I guess sometimes you have to go thru a few bad experiences to be able to identify a good one.
