I have to agree with the bride who had problems with Vanessa's attitude, because I can see that she has one. I have had a facial done at the salon a few times. I can't say that it was outstanding, but somewhat met my needs. I have received a coupon in mail, came to the salon, she rushed to charge me before I even came out of the room, and she was disappointed when she learned that I had a discount, that she sent me herself...A friend of mine had her make up done there, she was happy, however, I didn't find it very successful.
