I have never stayed at a hotel that dosent provide toothbrushes. There are multiple signs stating that if you forgot anything they provide toothbrushes, sewing kits ect. however when one was requested they said they dont supply them. When you call the front desk no one answers but when you get there someone is there just looking at the phone. They don't have microwaves?????? And the only ice machine is in the front lobby. This compared to a cheaper hotel right up the street that provides a microwave and fridge in each room, I am completely dissappointed.
Pros: Rooms Appear to be clean
Cons: No help from service desk
