Unfortunately, I have had the worst experience with this daycare. The Director, Tracy, AND the CEO, Jane blatently and illegeally refuses to provide YMCA information to a divorced parent who has 50% custody of the children. After the the ""enrolling parent"" demanded that ""NO information"" go to the ""non-enrollee parent"", I received a very unprofessional voice mail message at my place of business from the Director, Tracy, who literally yelled into my employers voice mail, that I ""better never call there again, or else..!!!"" When I attempted to get resolution from the CEO of the Diamond Bar YMCA, Jane, SHE then yelled at me over the phone stating that the enrolling parent ""instructed her to NEVER"" talk to me - she then very swifly and unprofessionally, hung up on me! Instead of trying to help resolve the issue in a professional and respectful manner, this is the way the YMCA Diamond Bar handles divorced parents! Even though both the Director, Tracy, and the CEO, Jane were provided with copies of court documents stating each parent has 50% custody which includes language that BOTH parents are to be provided with daycare and school information, they both stated they would ""never provide information"". Clearly, this is very unprofessional and unethical behavior from an organization that deems themselves as a ""Christian"" association. The behavior in which these upper managment employees of the YMCA are allowed to conduct themselves, is appauling!! Beware, this YMCA and thier staff are completely and utterly prejudicial to the ""non-enrollee"" divorced parent, and will treat that parent with complete disdain and disregard! They have proven to me that they take pleasure in ignoring every legal, civil and God given right right a parent has!!!
Pros: Pro Enrolle Parent
Cons: Refuse to give rights to non-enrollee parent
