I entered the shop with a positive outlook but was quickly shot down by the rude customer service as well as a lack of customer service. There was no ""hello"" upon entering as you get with most other stores. When I expressed my interest in a stroller that was not reachable, the owner did not offer to take the stroller down for me. I mentioned that I wanted to see the manufacture date to know when the stroller was produced but that I did not want to ruin her display by trying to get to the stroller. (all in hopes that she would offer to get it down or tell me that I could do it...much to my dismay, she did not care to do either and never offered). She seemed like she was doing me a favor when I asked to use her scissors to unbundle the complimentary chicago parent newspapers...Just not customer friendly or oriented and no hello, thank you or come again. I will take my dollars to another store who appreciates shopping customers in a depressed economy.
