After reading the review, I just had to post my own experience. After obtaing my pistol permit, I was in search of a handgun, so I visited the Hoffman location. I entered the location expecting to be help by a sales person. I was not acknowledge while waiting at the counter. I had to ask for help. The people that work at this location are rude and yes they pick and choose who they want to service. When I finally got help, I was told I need proof of this and that, when I clearly have a permit. At that moment, I went to another store when the service was 10 times better and I was not given the third degree.
