I finally hit the last straw yesterday and had Dish Network installed. I have had equipment problems and they said they would get back with me (the tech) and did not. A week ago I was at my mother's helping install the digital box Comcast sent by mail. It would not activate. The boxes they send to my home would not activate. I tried to get an appointment for a Tech and was on hold for 20 min. I hung up and recalled. The second time I was on hold 30 min. That is when I thougt it best to cancel my service. So when I called the Comcast at 4700 Little Blue Pkwy, Independence, Mo - I spoke with Chris. I said I was canceling and wanting to return the equipment. I asked if I return the equipment to this address - and he said yes. I said I had not given the address yet - and he said 4700 Blah Blah Blah. Exact words. I was reconfirmed why I was canceling. Horrible Customer Service. I love my new satellite TV service. The cost is less and the picture is better. Time will tell with the customer service.
