If there was a possibility to give negative stars, I would. I called Flowers by Lucas today to order flowers for my family who lives in Atlanta. The lady on the phone was hands down, the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my entire life- and I am not exaggerating.
Pros: no chance to give pros
Cons: Terrible customer service. Non existent really. So rude.
