Each month you receive a bill that is a post card segemented with a stub that you mail in. the problem is the stub was torn off by the post office with thier label indicating that they damaged it and then had difficultly sending the bill to its proper place in a timely manner. So i get the bill on March 6th and i pay it that day on line.
Pros: they have all the water
Cons: they will not listen to thier customers
