I have tried for months, and made another call this morning, to get my road, (which is covered with potholes that span a good ten to fifteen feet), taken care of. Yet, I still have seen not a single crew member so much as looking at the damage. I even explained to them, many times, that people are actually driving on the wrong side of the road to avoid this stretch of damage.
Pros: They answer the telephone.
Cons: All they do is answer the telephone.
