Geek Squad seriously needs some better employee training. I can't stand how inexperienced and untrained the employees
are at Geek Squad. I am somewhat knowledgable about the operation of computers. I unfortunately did not have the time
to service my own laptop so I had Geek Squad complete the task for me. Or thats what I intended. They had it for over
a week to install new ram and speed up the pc. When I got it back the anti-virus I had paid purchased from secure
remote support was removed. They did install the ram but because of being out of stock on the ram I had chose I was
upcharged to a more expensive ram. They did not however speed up my pc. After a frustrating converstation with the
manager I was hung up on. I will never spend another dime in one of their stores after being treated like a second
class citizen.
