Letter from company states yard waste pick up to start March 1st. Entire neighborhood put out yard waste & it was not picked up. When I called to see if the truck had missed us, I was told their policy was May 1st. I asked when that had changed & was not given an answer other than ""Our policy is May 1st"". I suggested that in the future they let their customers know if a policy has changed. The customer service rep was obnoxious! This week I put the yard waste in my rolling cart & guess what, they picked through my can & threw it all out on the curb.
Cons: Change policies & don't notify customers, pickup is irratic
