Bad Service, Bad Attitudes and rude children working at Geek Squad. I swear the Geek Squad was nothing more than a bunch of kids. I felt I was speaking to 4th grader when I inquired about having them help me with the network security at my small home business. The person I spoke to knew less about network security than I. I asked about their qualifications and was promptly told they went thru a vigorous training session with Best Buy. I asked if they had a CompTIA Network + certification and he didn't even know what I was describing. When i started laughing about his ignorance he became irate and walked away. I left immediately. I was not impressed with the level of expertise that they promote so aggressively. So I found another service via Google (secureremotesupport[dot]com) and won't even step back into a Best buy for anything computer related.
